Joyce Good Henderson
How does Coaching work?
I begin with an assessment of your identified, current need, help with a specific project or a general problem. Together, we will set up action steps, and during phone calls or emails, we can look at your responses, refine the plan and develop new steps to get you to where you want to be. The frequency and duration of coaching depends on you. You may want regular supportive contact, or you may need intensive work if you have a project deadline to meet.
Coaching can be a short-term or ongoing relationship in which the ideas shared and the skills learned endure beyond the coaching sessions. You are not paying for short-term benefits, but for changes to achieve goals and maximize your writing potential. Coaching is always focused on your wants, needs and goals.
